Our Story
1962
Kothur Sundaresan Krishnan Iyer (KSK), a first ever batch of Civil Engineering graduate from College of Engineering-Guindy after his retirement as Chief Engineer in Highway Department; in 1962, decided to embark on a new initiative.
Beaver Construction Company is born, humbly introduced to the market as a subcontractor for Tarapur Constructions Private Limited, the
de-facto market leader of the era.
1967
Beaver Construction Company saw twin beacons of growth.
Mr. K Jayaram and Mr. K Lakshman, took over the reigns, bringing youth and vigour to a growing company. As a Government Class 1 PWD Contractor and Tamil Nadu Housing Board Contractors, they’d go onto build multiple bridges, dams and national highways, colleges, schools, temples and industrial factories
1991
The dawn of liberalisation saw the private sector open up. Beaver Construction Company opened itself up to residential complexes and Joint Ventures.
2013
J. Ramkumar, a qualified Civil Engineer and Management Graduate joined the enterprise as the Managing Partner after a decorated career in multiple real estate organisations to accomplish third generation of consistent real estate practices.
