Supervising and controlling the labor workforce, assigning tasks, and monitoring productivity.
Executing building plans and drawings accurately at the site.
Handling complete site management & coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitoring project progress from foundation stage to final site handover.
Ensuring timely availability of materials and proper utilization.
Maintaining site reports, daily progress records, and documentation.
Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and resolving on-site issues.
Coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients for smooth project execution.
