Job Description :
Managing and executing quantity surveying activities for ongoing construction projects as per approved plans and project requirements.
Preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project budgets for all projects.
Monitoring project costs, material quantities, and budget utilization to ensure cost control.
Handling billing activities including client billing, contractor billing, supplementary bills, and invoice preparation.
Verifying measurements, quantities, and work completion status at site.
Coordinating with site engineers, architects, structural consultants, and vendors for project-related QS activities.
Ensuring all project drawings, documents, licenses, and insurance records are properly maintained.
Preparing and maintaining checklists, QS reports, billing records, and project documentation.
Implementing and updating all Quantity Surveying activities in the Zoho application.
Coordinating with soil testing, survey, and water testing vendors for project execution requirements.
Monitoring project progress and supporting site teams with quantity, costing, and billing-related activities.
Ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and smooth coordination for successful project completion.
